You may return most items for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Our extended holiday return policy allows orders placed between November – December to be eligible for returns until January 15th.
Return shipping costs apply, and DVDs or Blu-rays must be in original sealed packaging to be accepted. Upon receipt of the merchandise, a full refund of purchase price and original shipping cost will be issued. To begin the return process, please fill out the Customer Inquiry Form.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please take a picture and contact us via our Customer Inquiry Form within 30 days of delivery for assistance. Please note that if the damage is external and clearly evident, the original plastic wrap must be intact for us to have access to all avenues of assistance.
