Disc 5 contains a bonus feature “THE END OF EVANGELION – Deleted Live Action Scene” that does not have English language subtitles.
If you are an Ultimate Edition customer and would like a replacement disc with subtitles, please request a free disc by filling out the following information. Fulfillment for these discs will start February 2022 and are shipped at no additional charge. Please note that the Ultimate Edition disc will have a slight variation in logo array from the Collector’s and Standard Edition. The corrected disc can be identified by an “R1” that appears at the end of the selection number printed on the bottom of the disc.
